Welcome to my website - I'm glad you dropped by. I'm the co-author of the book POLES IN THE UK: A STORY OF FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION, which has been featured in the international media recently.

WHAT I BELIEVE IN
My vision is for a brighter future for children and young people in our schools, colleges and universities. I'm also committed to helping adults develop professionally and creatively throughout their careers. If you share this vision I'd like to work with you.

WHAT I DO
I'm an award-winning educational consultant, best-selling author and teacher who has worked at the most senior level in the UK. I have 25 years' experience of working in education and continue to support hundreds of schools, thousands of teachers and many individual students around the world every year.
 
WHAT I OFFER
My services include the following:
  • I carry out training and workshops with teachers, school leaders and other professionals 
  • I provide one-to-one consultancy on a range of key issues
  • I write books and articles on teaching & learning and school leadership/management issues (27 books and over 200 articles to date), and for the general reader
  • I teach English to people of all ages and abilities in one-to-one lessons, especially those whose first language is not English, who are working or studying in the UK
  • I provide dissertation and study support to students at undergraduate and postgraduate level
  • edit a range of publications including books, magazines and e-newsletters
